Lynne Jenkins McGivern, a partner with Ashford & Wriston, has practiced law since 1990. Prior to joining the firm she was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for 10 years.
Ms. McGivern focuses on contested divorce and custody disputes. Her experience includes:
- Representing victims of domestic violence
- Representing parties in custody disputes
- Ten years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawaii, specializing in prosecuting domestic violence felonies, including homicides, child deaths, and sexual abuse cases. Ms. McGivern was head of the felony Domestic Violence Unit for five years.
