Galen C.K. Leong

Mr. Leong focused his practice on land and condominium matters and estate planning. His experience included:

• Leased fee sales as well as the purchase and sale of real property;
• Creation of numerous condominium property regimes;
• Serving as a consultant to the Real Estate Commission in the review of condominium projects, prior to the issuance of public reports;
• Serving as trustee of or advisor to various revocable and irrevocable trusts.

Mr. Leong participated in the management of the firm and serves on its Partnership Performance committee.

Community Activities:
Mr. Leong was active in the Hawai`i art community. He served on the Boards of the Hawai`i Opera Theatre, Friends of Honolulu Botanical Gardens, Volcano Art Center at Hawai`i Volcanoes National Park, and PARTners. Mr. Leong served The Contemporary Museum as President, and was a member of the Board of Trustees.
