Zachary J. Antalis, Associate, has practiced with the firm since 2007.
As a member of the firm’s transactional section, Mr. Antalis focuses on intellectual property and technology law, business and real property law.
Professional Activities:
Mr. Antalis is a registered patent attorney qualified to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and is an officer and director of the Intellectual Property Law and Technology section of the Hawaii State Bar Association.
Mr. Antalis is designated as a LEED Accredited Professional by the United States Green Building Council. The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally-accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of green buildings. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Antalis is familiar with the LEED certification process and the contractual and risk issues involving green building development and leasing. Mr. Antalis participates in a blog on legal issues related to green building: Hawaii Green Building Law (http://www.HawaiiGreenBuildingLaw.com). "LEED Accredited Professional" and the related acronym, and the Legacy LEED AP logo are trademarks owned by the U.S. Green Building Council and are awarded to individuals under license by the Green Building Certification Institute.
Mr. Antalis is a member of the Hawai`i State Bar Association and was admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Hawai`i in 2007.
