Lynne Jenkins McGivern, a partner with Ashford & Wriston, has practiced law since 1990. Prior to joining the firm she was a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for 10 years.

Representing parties in custody disputes.
Ten years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City and County of Honolulu, State of Hawai`i, specializing in prosecuting domestic violence felonies, including homicides, child deaths, and sexual abuse cases. Ms. McGivern was head of the felony Domestic Violence Unit for 5 years.
